Warriors, the South African domestic side have entered the Semis of the Champions League after a third consecutive victory. Tonight they defeated Central Districts by six wickets at the St George's Park in Port Elizabeth.
It was a batsmen's game with Central Districts batting first and putting up 175 for 3 which was chased down comfortably by the Warriors led by their Skipper Davey Jacobs' onslaught of 74 from 47 balls (with 5 fours and 6 sixes). Jacobs put on 147 for the first wicket in 15.4 overs with Ashwell Prince, who came good with 64 from 50 balls (with 4 fours and 2 sixes).
Central Stags earlier put up an impressive batting show as well through an unbeaten 100-run stand for the fourth wicket between their Opener and Skipper Jamie How (88* from 57 balls with 12 fours and 3 sixes) and K Noema-Barnett (53* from 34 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes).
